Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2026

These Terms govern your use of My Tic Journey and the Finding My Calm guide. By downloading the guide, you accept these Terms.

The guide

Finding My Calm is a personal account by Peter Amundson of his experience living with Tourette syndrome. It is one person’s story and routine — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Eligibility

The guide is written for adults. If you are under 18, please read it with a parent or guardian.

Free download

The guide is free. No payment, email address, or account is required: the PDF is prepared and downloaded directly from the site, and the printable trackers are free as well.

Optional tips

When they are available, tips are entirely voluntary. They are not a purchase, not a donation to a charity, and not required to read or download anything. Declining or ignoring a tip never changes your access to the guide.

License

You may download and print the guide for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t resell or redistribute the file. If someone you know would benefit, send them to the Site.

No promise of results

Tourette syndrome affects everyone differently. The guide makes no promise that you will experience any change. Talk to your doctor before changing your diet, supplements, exercise, or treatment.

As-is

The guide is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, the author offers no warranties and is not liable for any loss arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent change.

A note from the author

“I am a fellow traveler, not a doctor. This guide is my personal map of how I learned to live well with Tourette syndrome — built from 51 years of living it, not from a medical degree.”
