Refund Policy

Last updated: November 2026

Finding My Calm is a free digital PDF guide. There is no purchase and no charge for reading or downloading it, so there is nothing to refund.

Optional tips

If you chose to leave an optional tip, it supports the writing behind the Site. Tips are voluntary and are never required to read or download the guide.

If a charge looks wrong

If you were charged twice by mistake, or a tip was made in error, contact me via the Contact page with the email you used and I’ll review it and refund the mistake.

If your download didn’t work

Downloading never depends on a payment. If the file doesn’t open, return to the download section of the Site and choose Download Again — or message me and I’ll help.

How to contact

Use the Contact page.

Not medical advice

Nothing here changes the fact that the guide is personal experience, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

A note from the author

“I am a fellow traveler, not a doctor. This guide is my personal map of how I learned to live well with Tourette syndrome — built from 51 years of living it, not from a medical degree.”
